I’m so glad I switch from my previous storage facility they did not care about my items which are pricey items it smelled it was dirty all the time it was un safe and dangerous here at Columbia I feel safe my unit and surroundings is very clean the staff is helpful I love it here I pay a little more but it’s very worth it my other unit was smaller and unsatisfactory I’m happy

The unit was clean and easy to get to. There was no light in the unit itself. The entry door to the unit was more narrow than I expected, but still wide enough to get stuff through. Everything else was great.

The desk person was very pleasant and very clear when discussing everything pertaining to renting the storage unit, hours of operation, how to use the gate keypad, to what kind of padlocks they had on offer. Very pleasent experience.
